Sorter
Position
Responsibilities:
1. Sort metal materials for processing as directed
2. Assist customers throughout the facility
3. Clean and maintain work area
4. Prepare materials for shipment
5. Understand and complete necessary paperwork & documents
6. Operate skid steer & forklift
7. All other duties as required
Position Requirements:
1. Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
2. Ability to lift 50lbs or more repetitively on a regular basis
3. Self-motivated team player willing to learn new skills
4. Ability to make decisions in a fast paced, ever changing work environment
5. Ability to stand for long periods of time on a daily basis
6. A clear understanding and adherence to safety rules and regulations.
7. Team player dedicated to the organization.
8. Knowledge of scrap is a plus.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
