Attract an associate that fits our vibe.
To find someone who shares my vision of growth, staff development, excellent patient care, and a zeal for learning.

active patients; 951 new patients in 2023 (no marketing).
Collection of the office has increased significantly every year -- 2021:

Our patients are extremely chill and are honestly some of my favorite people on the planet.
Team culture:
Work doesn't have to be boring to make money.
We are a 12 person team dedicated to having fun and getting stuff done.
The team consists of 1 front desk, 1 office manager, and two remote employees who do insurance verification and treatment coordination.
We have 2 hygienists, a hygiene assistant and 4 dental assistants.
I'm the only dentist at this time.
The staff is tenured and has been personally trained by me to work quickly and efficiently.
I delegate as much as humanly possible in order to use our time as doctors effectively.
We all help each other out to make the day go by smoothly and to take care of the patients.
There has been minimal staff turnover which results in SO much less stress and increases productivity dramatically.
Communication/leadership style:
I believe in direct, open and honest communication between my staff and I, including the associate.
Regular meetings are held in order to make sure we're on the same page and nothing is getting overlooked.
I am not an absentee owner and am very much committed to provide ample opportunity for growth in a financial as well as a personal and professional/clinical level.
Associate expectations:
Our previous associate has stepped away due to personal reasons, and we need someone to fill his shoes.
I would be happy to provide his production in our one on one interview so you could see your potential.
My goal is to cut back clinically so I can dedicate the focus to team development and growth of the business.
An ideal candidate is someone who wants to stay around for a long time, but I understand many dentists want to own one day so I'm not opposed to someone with ownership aspirations.
We run quickly so someone who likes to stay busy.
My skillset expectations are someone who is committed to limiting redos and eliminating post operative sensitivity in patients.
Someone who makes extractions quick and painless to deliver a wow experience.
Root canals and impacted third molar extraction proficiency is a plus.
Excellent verbal skills are imperative to help patients say yes to ideal treatment, regardless of insurance.
I don't think a new grad would fit in well at my practice due to the fast paced nature but I'm willing to hire for good culture fit if the opportunity presents itself.
Would like to hire full time but part time will be considered.
