As a call center representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and will play a crucial role in providing outstanding support, information and assistance.
Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, scheduling new patient appointments, answering inquiries, and maintaining patient records.
The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in customer service and knowledge of dental procedures are preferred but not required.
