Role Description This is a full-time on-site Administrative Manager role located in Smithfield, NC.
The Administrative Manager will oversee many of the financial administrative tasks being completed by other departments, including receiving, invoicing, and subcontractor payments.
The goal of this role is to ensure the workflow for these departments is running smoothly.
Duties Ensure the employees receiving vendor invoices and credits are processing them accurately and in a timely manner.
Be the first point of escalation for discrepancies between vendor invoices and our POs.
Ensure the employees invoicing are processing them accurately and in a timely manner.
Contact customers if their POs don't match the pricing in our system.
Coordinate with Purchasing Manager on issues that are occurring uphill in the workflow.
Ensure the employees processing subcontractor payments are being processed correctly and on time.
Ensure the employees processing VPOs are moving them through the system in a timely and accurate manner.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication Requirements Proven experience in an administrative role Strong ability to navigate software systems Experience managing a team Knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus Note:
