Summary:
The position holds the responsibility of full and complete rental and use agreements for campus spaces.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Negotiate Campus rental contracts for college spaces.
Notify all required support staff.
Arrange all technology and setup needs for each rental and campus event.
Complete all required documentation related to campus events and campus rentals.
Collaborate with area catering businesses to provide required food and drink for events.
Ensure that all required safety measures are coordinated with Campus Security for rentals and campus events.
Responsible for all Frank Creech Art Gallery events in coordination with the Johnston County Arts Council.
Establishes relationships with community, regional, and state agencies, associations, and organizations to promote and advance the College.
Negotiates contracts in association with the Executive Vice President of Finance and Strategic Initiatives for the Performing Arts in coordination with the Director of Performing Arts.
Assist with hospitality and lodging for our Performing Arts Series artists in collaboration with the Performing Arts Director and Local Sponsors Performs all other duties as assigned.

Education Minimum:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related area.
Experience Minimum:
5-7 years' experience in contract or related business experience Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and contracts.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
